Understanding Sensors and Data Analysis Using the Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense
CEC Archives | CEC Semester Twenty Four 2023 | Understanding Sensors and Data Analysis Using the Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense
In this first-day session, Design News CEC participants will become familiar with the Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense. The Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense development board will be discussed. To identify features, Bluetooth 5 protocol, analog, and digital peripherals will be presented. Hands-on activities such as establishing communication setup and testing basic I/O ports will be explained in this session.
Day 2 of this webinar series will focus on setting up a development environment on an Arduino IDE. Design News CEC participants will learn about various libraries and their use with the Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense. Hands-on activities include accessing digital and analog I/O ports using electronic components.
Design News CEC participants will explore the onboard Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense sensors using software programming techniques. As discussed in Day 1, the Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense has various onboard sensors. This session will discuss methods to use these sensors through sensor programming approaches.
The Arduino Science Journal is a mobile app platform that allows any smartphone to be transformed into a portable science data acquisition lab. In this session, an overview of the Arduino Science Journal will be investigated through several hands-on activities. CEC participants will learn to set and collect various sensor data from the onboard Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense board.
In this final webinar series session, CEC participants will learn to use Looker Studio to produce interactive reports for data analysis. The Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense onboard sensor data collected will be turned into visually appealing interactive reports for analysis. Approaches to widget setup and use with the interactive report for analysis engagement will be discussed and explored in this last-day session.
